Preliminary Program Objectives of this program include; 1) Review latest methods for diagnosis, staging and therapies for cancer 2) Provide direct exposure to clinical activities at Boston Medical Center with participants observing in the clinical setting (including the operating room). 3) Review of minimally invasive therapies for treatment of tumors involving the head and neck, thoracic cavity and abdomen 4) Compare and contrast delivery of oncological care in the Boston Medical Center Population, United States and in Brazil
